Constitution & Policies

The primary aim of Sunray & Egmont Community Residents Association (SECra) is to care for our streets, our environment and each other – providing fun events, wellbeing sessions, information and assistance where we can. The Constitution details how we are run and the Code of Conduct helps guide committee members interactions with the community. The Social Media Policy informs everyone in the community that uses SECra Social Media sites & platforms of the processes in place for moderation and the acceptable behaviour that is expected from everyone. The Managing Unreasonable Resident Conduct Policy provides guidance to SECra Committee Members and advises everyone in the community that interacts with SECra of the processes and sanctions available for unreasonable conduct.
